How to Stay Healthy Around the Holidays
You all know what time of the year it is – it’s almost time to enjoy quality family time and lots of delicious food. With the 2020 holiday season so close, you’re probably wondering how you can stay healthy and fit during these next few months. Here are a few tips we recommend.
- Stick to a workout plan, even as the holidays arrive
- If you feel you don’t have time for a full workout anymore, remember that short workouts are better than no workout
- Stay hydrated; it’s a good idea to drink some water if you feel hungry to help avoid overeating
- Get plenty of sleep (7 – 9 hours)
- It’s okay to splurge with treats on holidays, but don’t make it a daily habit
